We train 12 educators from the "Aprendamos Juntos" Program of the AGAPE Association on the importance of play in early childhood.

We continue to work with Oportunidades teachers, delving into the issues of agency for students and understanding by design.
2 volunteer tutors trained 22 people in total.

We were born with a collaboration with the Gloria de Kriete Foundation, providing training to the educators of its Opportunities Program, 17 people trained.
During that cycle of professional development, 3 international volunteers they shared knowledge and experiences with their Salvadoran colleagues.

During and after the COVID-19 pandemic, we conducted two training cycles targeting teachers from the Programa Oportunidades for Secondary Education students in various areas of El Salvador. Educators joined professional development communities based on their interests. The topics covered included using online tools, fostering creativity, promoting student agency, understanding design, and encouraging critical thinking. This was all made possible thanks to the support of volunteer tutors from Mexico, England, New Zealand, and the US.

Throughout the sessions, the facilitators explored the benefits of this methodology, delved into different types of games and their characteristics, shared experiences during implementation, and concluded with a reflection and exhibition on how each facilitator implemented what they learned during the 8 weeks of training.

We work with OEF El Salvador, providing technical guidance to its coordinators and directors to improve the programs and methodologies used in their reinforcement classrooms for primary school students with learning difficulties. During the evaluation, we analyze the curriculum, planning, and methodology implemented in the classrooms and provide guidance on focusing on a more holistic model, focusing on students' strengths, skill development, and classroom differentiation.

As a result of our consultancy, Nikmati is training coordinators and facilitators and developing curriculum guides for OEF El Salvador educators. These guides emphasize developing and applying competencies within topics of interest to students, such as self-esteem, children's rights, cultural identity, and active citizenship.
The curriculum guides, along with complementary teaching resources, are designed to help facilitators adapt to the different levels of literacy present in the classrooms, foster creativity and critical thinking, and strengthen mathematical reasoning skills.
